First Announcement
The 5th
Chinese Annual Meeting of Vascular Disease and Arterial Function and
the 3rd Asian-Pacific Congress of International Society
of Vascular Health will be held on 15-17th, Aug. 2008, in
Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. This
meeting is co-organized by the International Society for Vascular
Health Chinese Branch (ISVH China), Chinese Social Work Association
Cardiovascular Committee, Chinese Medical Foundation Committee for
Vascular Health, Peking University Center for the Diagnosis and
Treatment of Cardiovascular Disease in Community, Peking University
People’s Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University Affiliated Ruijin
Hospital, PLA 305 Hospital, Journal of the Vascular Health and Risk
Management and Journal of Chinese Health Medicine Cardiovascular
Edition. Inner Mongolia Autonomous District People’s Hospital will
host the meeting. The meeting will be co-chaired by Prof. Roland
Asmar, President of International Society for Vascular Health, and
Prof. Hongyu WANG, President of ISVH China Branch. It is greatly
honored that Prof. Suzanne Oparil, President of American Society of
Hypertension, will be invited and give excellent lecture. Mr. David
Oldfield, General Secretary of ISVH, will also introduce the
development of ISVH. Many famous international and national experts
will participate this meeting and talk about vascular genesis,
genetic influence, vascular biomechanics, treatment and prevention
of vascular event, and early-detection and treatment of vascular
function.
